Many of our products are made to order. In our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we produce most items only after they have been purchased. This approach allows us to care for nature while ensuring you receive a thoughtfully crafted product.
As a result, delivery times may vary depending on production schedules. However, we strive to keep both production and delivery timelines as short as possible. After you place your order, we will promptly provide you with an estimated lead time. Lead times are indicative only and don’t include shipping time.
Payment of the order is expected in advance. Packing, shipping, delivery and insurance are not included in the price.
We offer worldwide shipping, with a few exceptions due to specific country restrictions. Our goal is to make our products accessible to as many people as possible. Once your order is placed, we will calculate the shipping costs and send you a detailed quote for your approval.
Large, fragile and made to order pieces require more time to get from the atelier to your delivery address.
Spring House is not responsible for any taxes, customs or duties.
Our pieces are made to order and therefore we hope for your understanding that items cannot be returned.
Please ensure pieces are checked upon reception and any production damages are communicated within sevendays of receipt of goods. Any damages due to the shipping are not the responsibility of the seller and should be reported within 48 hours of signed receipt.
